RESERVATION FAQ

Dining times for all party sizes up to five are 2 HOURS BEGINNING FROM THE START TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION. Please call (416) 519-8165 if you are running behind, especially on the weekends and we will do our very best to accommodate delays.
A valid credit card and phone number are MANDATORY for all reservations. Any bookings with incorrect/missing information will not be confirmed and/or cancelled.
Cancellations/reschedules/drop in party size made less than 24 hours in advance or without notice are subject to a fee of $30 per guest.
There are two seatings nightly. The availability for the first seating is between 5 – 6:30, the second from 8 – 9pm.
Availability is updated instantly. If you do not see the time you prefer, you may join our waitlist through OpenTable for walk-ins the day of. Please do not call the restaurant.
For parties larger than 5, please email jon@viaggiorestaurant.ca. Groups of 8 or more may be accommodated with advance notice with a $90.00 per person 3 course family style set menu, gratuity and taxes extra.
Please include any dietary restrictions/allergies with your reservation.
